Under the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 it is an offence:

• to supply any liquor to a person under the age of 18 years;

• for a person under the age of 18 years to buy or attempt to buy liquor

No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to purchase wine from Via Serica Pte Ltd

As a condition of using the Via Serica website and other services provided by Vis Serica Pte Ltd (“Via Serica”),  “the service”,  you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following terms and conditions of use.

Your use of the service constitutes your agreement to comply with the following terms and conditions.

The following rules may be modified from time to time. Continued use of the service by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the service.

You agree that you will only register one account as a user. Instances of multiple accounts per user will result in the additional accounts being closed, and any credits attached to the additional accounts will be canceled.

You also agree to not post information that reveals special discounts for members only. Via Serica reserves the right to cancel the account of anyone posting such information in a public forum and to bring any actions against you as Via Serica may see fit for the posting of such information.

Wine purchased from Via Serica is for personal use only and is not to be on-sold.

The service shall be used for lawful purposes only and that you will not use any obscene or offensive language or place on the service any material is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or hateful.

Further, you may not place on the service any material that is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone’s privacy, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation.

You agree and acknowledge that your failure to follow the rules set forth in this Agreement may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

Under Singaporean law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over.

By joining Via Serica and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

Via Serica encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

To offer the goods and services we provide in our business as an online retailer, we will need to collect personal information.

We are committed to the open and transparent management of your personal information in line with our obligations under the privacy laws and to you as our valued customers.

You may download and view content from the service, which may include, without limitation, text, graphics, icons, photographs, and URLs (Content) and/or print a copy of this material for your own use only, provided you do not modify the content or use the content in a manner or for a purpose prohibited by these terms.

You are invited to enter trade promotions that may be organized and advertised by Via Serica from time to time. Participation in any such trade promotions will be in accordance with these terms and conditions and any promotion-specific terms and conditions which we may notify you from time to time.

“Referral” credit will be issued if the below criteria is met:

A referral invite is sent via the “Refer a Friend” page on the referrer's Via Serica account.

Your friend has signed up for Via Serica using the referral link and meet the order minimum on their first order. 

Credit will automatically be issued to the referrer after this first qualifying purchase takes place. 

Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be applied  at checkout. 

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes on site and is subject to the voucher conditions stated above.

Note: Referral program is monitored and Via Serica reserves the right to remove credit gained from self-referral.

Self-referral is also in violation of section one of Via Serica's terms of use. Any accounts created for the purpose of self-referral will be closed and any credits obtained through the self-referral process will be revoked.

Via Serica reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of, or otherwise modify, suspend or cancel any promotional code, competition, or related offer at any time. Only one promotional code can be applied to any order. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders where referral credits are available. Via Serica reserves the right to revoke any credits applied in association with a promotion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Via Serica reserves the right to impose additional terms and conditions on any promotional code, competition or related offer, and/or change or otherwise modify, suspend or cancel such promotional code, competition or related offer at any time. Only one promotional code can be applied to any order. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders where referral credits are available. Via Serica reserves the right to revoke any credits applied in association with a promotion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have under these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to transfer or to subcontract any right or obligation under these terms and conditions at our sole discretion without your consent.

If any term or provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, such term or provision shall not affect the other terms or provisions, or the whole of these terms and conditions, but such term or provision shall be deemed modified to the extent deemed necessary to render such term or provision enforceable, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly, preserving to the fullest permissible extent the intent of the parties and the purposes of these terms and conditions

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an agency, partnership, or joint venture between Via Serica and you. 

A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of these terms and conditions under the Singapore Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B).

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
