Via Serica charges a delivery charge of a flat of 15$ per order.  For orders of 200$ or more we wave the delivery charges.

Delivery Timeline

If your order is placed by 2pm we will deliver the order within 2 days.  For orders after 2om the delivery will be within 3 days.  For rush orders a additional 15$ may be levied.  For rush orders please contact sales@viaserica.com

Delivery Process

Upon Order you may indicate the desired delivery time and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.  We will contact you by email or WhatApp a minimum of 1 hour before delivery.

To deliver there must be a legal age individual to accept the delivery at the location.  We will not deliver to minors.

Delivery Restrictions

Via Serica is unable to deliver to restricted areas (by Singapore law), PO boxes, public locations such as a park.  Via Serica also does not deliver outside of Singapore at this time.
