You did not like a wine?
Via Serica wants our customer to be happy with the wine you buy from us. If you buy a case of wine and find it is not for you then you can return the balance of the case for full value (of unopened bottles).. If you buy multiple bottles the same applies. All unopened bottles of the same type may be returned for the full purchase value.
Returns must be within 180 days of purchase.
How do I return the wine?
We will arrange collection of the wine at our cost if you did not like it and requested a return. Contact +65 8499 3337 or email sales@viaserica.com.sg to request a return.
Note that if your wine isn’t received at our warehouse within 30 days (you do not arrange collection from us) we’ll assume you changed your mind, and we’ll cancel the return in our system.
When will my refund be processed?
We will refund the cost of the wine returned (minus any special discounts) when the wine reaches our warehouse and after inspection is in good condition. We took care of the wine we sent you so please help maintain the condition of any wine you may wish to return.
I made a mistake on my order, can I correct it?
If you made a mistake on your order and we have yet to deliver it please contact us immediately and we will work with you to correct the order to your desire. If error is discovered after the dispatch you may return the incorrect items for a refund within 24 hours of delivery. contact sales@viaserica.com or call +65 8499 3337 if there was any mistake on your order.
