SANGIOVESE CORTONA DOC 2016

100% Sangiovese grapes grown from our own vineyard which covers about 30ha of which 15ha invested in DOC Cortona vineyard, 1ha olive grove. The cultivated vines are prevalently Syrah as well as Sangiovese and white grape vines from which the Vinsanto DOC Cortona originates.

In Tasting: Colour: bright color with purple hues. Perfume: aromas are intense, fragrant,with evident notes of violets and red fruits. Flavour: elegant, round, persistentwith a spicy finish.

Pairings: Goes well with roasts, stewed red meat, aged cheeses.
