Native Brachetto grapes with an optional addition of black Moscato and Aleatic grapes up to 10% from South Piedmont (Province of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria). The grapes are grown clayey – calcareous soli which produce this sweet sparkling wine.
Grapes are separated from grape stalks and than pressed. Vinification of the musket grapes with a particular process of filtration of the must. Preservation in steel tanks that are refrigerated to 0°C until the time of elaboration: carried out in sealed tanks according to the Martinotti/Charmat method. It is then bottled after 1 month in autoclave.
Colour: fairly light coloured ruby red. Aroma: sweet, aromatic, sparkling. Palate: sweet, soft and particularly attractive and refined in taste.
Sweet, desserts, pastries. Served cool is a wonderful summer drink.
