Pairings
It accompanies dried cakes and fruit tarts; excellent with strawberries, but also with ham and melon and salted croutons. Pleasant conversation wine, for summer, garden or boat, is the ideal companion. For Asian cuisine, it is ideal for spicy hotpot.
